We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join the team at Exis Tech Sdn Bhd in Seremban. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all Quality Control (QC) activities, ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest industry standards. You will act as the guardian of product integrity, managing rejects, analyzing data trends, and implementing corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
As a Quality Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to enhance product quality and reduce waste. You will prepare detailed reports for management and provide essential training to staff on quality protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily Quality Control (QC) activities to ensure compliance with ISO standards and technical specifications.
- Analyze quality data and production records to identify root causes of defects and implement effective corrective actions.
- Manage and reduce product rejects by conducting rigorous inspections and process optimization.
- Evaluate incoming materials and manage supplier quality standards to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and documentation for management review and regulatory compliance.
- Lead internal training sessions to enhance quality awareness and technical skills across the organization.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), Gage R&R, and FMEA.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems and internal audit procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
