Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality control standards for plastic injection molding processes
- Conduct product inspections and testing to ensure compliance with specifications
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to reduce defects
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality assurance or manufacturing engineering
- Proficiency in quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
- Experience in plastic injection molding processes preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
