Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in the preliminary review of new project clients to assess project viability and requirements.
- Assist in the drafting and signing of quality agreements with prospective customers.
- Conduct relevant and comprehensive audits of customers to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Monitor and evaluate quality control processes to minimize defects and ensure product excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and drive process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of audit findings, non-conformities, and improvement plans.
- Ensure all quality documentation is up-to-date and fully compliant with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in quality engineering or auditing within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems and relevant industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and reporting.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to travel for site visits and customer audits as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
