In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our high standards of excellence by ensuring all products and manufacturing processes adhere to stringent quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
As a Quality Engineer, you will be the bridge between design, production, and customer satisfaction. You will utilize your technical expertise to conduct root cause analyses, implement process improvements, and drive a culture of continuous quality improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS).
- Conduct regular quality audits on production lines to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on non-conforming products and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes and reduce production defects.
- Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Participate in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) sessions during the development phase of new projects.
- Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality management certifications.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, Pareto charts, and Ishikawa diagrams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team-oriented environment.
