- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures
- Conduct product inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Perform internal audits and supplier quality assessments
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma)
- Document quality reports and maintain compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality control
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and industry quality standards
- Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience with quality management software
- Certification in quality engineering (ASQ CQE) is advantageous
