Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality control and assurance.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production metrics and prepare detailed quality reports for management review.
- Ensure adherence to ISO quality management systems and industry safety standards.
- Train production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Proficiency in using measurement equipment and quality management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
