Are you a precision-driven Quality Engineer with a passion for metrology and process excellence? JoonHee Micron is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer (CMM Specialist) to join our manufacturing team in Klang. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our high-precision components meet the most stringent quality standards in the industry.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who excels in using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and has a sharp eye for detail. You will be responsible for inspecting finished parts, analyzing deviations, and collaborating with our production teams to implement corrective actions. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) equipment to perform precise dimensional inspections.
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and routine quality checks on finished goods to ensure compliance with engineering drawings.
- Analyze measurement data to identify trends, non-conformities, and potential process improvements.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and reduce scrap rates.
- Maintain and calibrate metrology equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of all measurement data.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining comprehensive quality records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in CMM operation and programming (e.g., PC-DMIS or similar software).
- Solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Ability to interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
