Are you a detail-oriented Quality Engineer with a passion for ensuring product excellence? Techman Electronics, a reputable electronics manufacturer in Bukit Minyak, Penang, is seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer - Customer Quality Management (CQM) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the quality department, you will serve as the final gatekeeper for product quality, ensuring every shipment meets stringent customer requirements and adheres to IPC-A-610 standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting final inspections, managing customer quality concerns, and collaborating with production teams to maintain the highest quality standards. You will perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to prevent recurrence of defects. Your expertise in customer quality management will help enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen our reputation for excellence.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality engineering within electronics manufacturing, with in-depth knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and experience with problem-solving tools such as 8D and FMEA. You should have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct final inspection of products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and IPC-A-610 standards.
- Manage customer quality concerns and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Ensure shipment quality meets expectations before delivery.
- Monitor quality metrics and report performance to management.
- Participate in customer audits and quality reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and inspection techniques.
- Experience with customer quality management and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5Why, FMEA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in quality tools and software.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
