Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain in-process quality control protocols for PCB manufacturing
- Conduct root cause analysis of quality deviations and corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production quality issues
- Develop and execute quality inspection plans for PCB assemblies
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive process improvements
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations
- Train production staff on quality procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of quality engineering experience in PCB manufacturing
- Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology)
- Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-600 standards
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
