Join Advanced Energy's quality excellence team as a Quality Engineer (Incoming) in Penang! You'll be the guardian of our incoming materials, ensuring every component meets our stringent quality standards before entering production. This critical role involves meticulous inspection, data-driven analysis, and proactive collaboration with suppliers to prevent quality issues before they occur. You'll implement robust quality control systems, conduct root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive incoming material inspections and quality audits
- Analyze quality data trends and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Develop and maintain quality documentation (inspection reports, NCRs)
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards
- Support new product introduction with incoming quality requirements
- Train production teams on quality inspection techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in quality engineering, preferably manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology)
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred
- Experience with statistical analysis software (Minitab, JMP)
- Proficiency in ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
