In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects, implement corrective actions, and maintain the highest level of precision. You will be responsible for auditing production lines and ensuring that all engineering specifications are strictly adhered to. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive quality control systems and procedures.
- Conduct detailed inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Analyze quality data and statistical process control (SPC) charts to identify trends and root causes of defects.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO standards, internal quality management policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management review and regulatory audits.
- Work closely with production and design teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance within the precision engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), Six Sigma, and FMEA.
- Proficient in using precision measurement instruments (CMM, calipers, micrometers) and quality management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
