Deye New Energy Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting workshop quality prevention and control work, ensuring our production lines adhere to rigorous international standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the workshop environment to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct thorough in-process inspections and final quality checks to prevent defects and ensure product integrity.
- Analyze non-conformance reports (NCRs) and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- Ensure all production activities comply with ISO standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Train production staff on quality standards, best practices, and inspection techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with diverse teams.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering within the manufacturing or solar industry.
- Strong working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and CMM inspection tools.
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
