Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols and inspection standards for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular internal audits and lead preparations for external certification audits, including ISO standards compliance.
- Perform comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA) on non-conformances and implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance, conducting periodic on-site supplier audits as required.
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to identify trends and areas for operational improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports, documentation, and technical metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to ensure quality-by-design during new product introductions (NPI).
- Provide training and technical guidance to production staff on quality control measures and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems; experience with TS16949 or ISO 13485 is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, Fishbone analysis, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic production setting.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
