You will lead root cause analysis for quality issues, develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), and utilize statistical process control (SPC) tools to monitor production trends. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related queries and drive Kaizen events to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing the quality assurance process for precision molding operations.
- Performing in-process and final product inspections using measuring equipment.
- Investigating and resolving quality deviations and non-conformities.
- Collaborating with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conducting internal audits to ensure ISO and customer specification compliance.
- Analyzing production data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Training production staff on quality expectations and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in molding or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and PPAP.
- Proficiency in using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) and other metrology tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
