StaffKing is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Quality and Proposal Engineer to join our dynamic team in the West Region. This is a unique opportunity to combine on-site fieldwork with technical proposal preparation within the geotechnical engineering sector. We are looking for a proactive professional who can ensure the highest standards of quality assurance and contribute to the successful winning of new tenders.
In this role, you will support our geotechnical projects through rigorous site supervision, quality control checks, and the development of compelling technical proposals. You will work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering specifications. This position offers a stable 5-day work week with a competitive salary range of $4,000 – $6,000 per month.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections and quality control (QC) audits for geotechnical and civil works.
- Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive technical tenders and proposals to potential clients.
- Ensure all site activities comply with local engineering standards and safety protocols.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, material testing, and inspection reports.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering calculations, drawings, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met within budget and timeline.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in site engineering, QAQC, or proposal writing.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and geotechnical principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report preparation.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid engineering qualification or license is highly desirable.
