- Implement and maintain IATF 16949 quality management systems
- Analyze and reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) through process optimization
- Lead internal quality audits and compliance verification activities
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Manage supplier quality performance and qualification processes
- Develop quality control plans and inspection methodologies
- Mentor staff on quality standards and continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in quality engineering/supervision
- IATF 16949 certification and COPQ expertise
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D methodology)
- Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing standards
- Experience with root cause analysis techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Leadership experience in quality-focused environments
