Tanggung Jawab
- Implement quality control systems and procedures for railway and infrastructure projects
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify and resolve quality issues, developing corrective action plans
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and test results
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout project lifecycle
- Stay updated with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor junior quality engineers and project staff on quality standards
- Participate in project meetings to provide quality-related input and recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer, preferably in railway or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards (ISO 9001, etc.)
- Familiarity with railway industry regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE) is an advantage
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools
