Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance plans and test strategies to ensure product excellence.
- Identify, document, and track software or product defects using defect tracking tools.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to ensure specifications are met.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and test reports.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Senior Role: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience.
- Junior Role: 0-2 years of experience or a fresh graduate with a strong understanding of QA principles.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, testing methodologies, and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in using defect tracking software (e.g., JIRA) and testing tools.
