People Profilers is seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team in Loyang East. In this role, you will be the backbone of our quality assurance processes, ensuring that our output consistently meets rigorous industry standards while maintaining an efficient QMS framework.
As our Quality Engineer, you will bridge the gap between supplier performance and internal manufacturing excellence. You will take ownership of quality control protocols, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and play a pivotal role in maintaining our certifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with international standards and internal protocols.
- Conduct thorough supplier quality audits to verify that raw materials and components meet predefined quality specifications.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for production deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing teams to identify process bottlenecks and optimize quality workflows.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation, inspection reports, and audit trails.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and provide regular reports to management.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality non-conformances and drive continuous quality improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality-related field).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Experience in conducting supplier quality audits and managing vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in quality control tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and operational gaps.
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently in the Loyang area.
