Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Develop automated test scripts using industry-standard tools to enhance testing efficiency
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define quality requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using defect tracking systems
- Implement continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for process improvements
- Maintain test documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Proficiency in testing tools (Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience with both manual and automated testing frameworks
- Familiarity with API testing and performance testing tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certifications in ISTQB or similar are advantageous
