Join Accenture's dynamic Quality Engineering team as a Test Lead and spearhead excellence in software quality delivery. - Lead and mentor cross-functional quality engineering teams to establish and execute comprehensive testing strategies
- Architect and implement automated testing frameworks to accelerate delivery cycles
- Integrate quality engineering processes across development ecosystems and CI/CD pipelines
- Define quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to drive data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with product owners to define acceptance criteria and quality gates
- Oversee defect management processes and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies and tooling
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and CI/CD tools
- Proven experience managing quality teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies across web, mobile, and API layers
- Experience in Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics domain preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certifications in ISTQB or similar QA methodologies highly desirable
