We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Executive to join our dynamic team at CVista HR Consulting. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our logistics operations consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will act as the guardian of our processes, overseeing the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring seamless coordination across both East and West regions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a solid understanding of ISO quality management systems. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement, conduct rigorous audits, and drive continuous quality enhancement. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across logistics and warehousing operations.
- Conduct regular internal quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Coordinate quality control activities between East and West region teams to ensure consistency.
- Assist in the preparation for external ISO certification audits and regulatory inspections.
- Investigate and resolve quality non-conformities and customer complaints efficiently.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report findings to management.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, records, and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the logistics sector.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SOPs and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
