We are seeking a dedicated Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Engineer to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. As a key member of our operations, you'll drive safety excellence by conducting comprehensive inspections and audits of haulers' workplaces and safety operating procedures. You'll develop robust safety protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of environmental stewardship across all operational sites. This role requires proactive hazard identification, incident investigation, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain zero-incident workplaces. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop safety training programs, conduct risk assessments, and maintain meticulous documentation of safety metrics and environmental performance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of haulers' workplaces and operating procedures
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and compliance frameworks
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective preventive actions
- Coordinate safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Monitor environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
- Prepare safety reports and maintain regulatory documentation
- Lead emergency response drills and safety awareness campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in QHSE role in logistics or manufacturing
- Professional certification (e.g., CSP, NEBOSH, or OSHA) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philippine safety regulations and ISO standards
- Excellent analytical skills and incident investigation experience
- Certified in safety management systems (ISO 45001)
- Proficient in safety reporting software and regulatory documentation
