Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years in quality inspection or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of quality control methodologies (ISO standards)
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration
