Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed inspections of aircraft components using precision measuring instruments
- Verify compliance with engineering specifications and industry standards (AS9100)
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records per regulatory requirements
- Identify and report non-conformances; collaborate on corrective action plans
- Utilize quality management systems (QMS) for traceability and reporting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality inspection or manufacturing
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards
- Strong attention to detail with ability to detect minute defects
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
