Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and report any non-conformities to the production supervisor.
- Utilize precision measurement tools to verify product specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure full compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor production lines to identify potential quality issues early and suggest corrective actions.
- Prepare comprehensive quality control reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of defects and implement permanent solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing or logistics setting is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using basic inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse or factory environment in the East region.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.
