Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous visual and instrumental inspections of semiconductor wafers and equipment to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Document and report inspection findings, non-conformities, and deviations accurately using Quality Management Systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to verify product specifications during the manufacturing process.
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement meetings to drive continuous process enhancement.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO quality standards and company safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Quality Control or Inspection role within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect minute defects in high-precision environments.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as microscopes, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality software (e.g., SAP, Minitab).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adhere to strict production schedules.
