Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of semiconductor equipment components using precision measurement tools and microscopes.
- Monitor production processes to ensure strict compliance with established quality control standards and ISO procedures.
- Document inspection findings accurately in quality management systems and report any defects or deviations immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, engineering, and R&D) to investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain calibration records for inspection equipment and ensure all tools are functioning correctly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and process enhancements to drive operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Quality Inspector in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, inspection tools (e.g., CMM, optical comparators), and GD&T standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect even minor defects or variations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry, reporting, and documentation (e.g., ERP, MES, QMS software).
- Ability to work rotating shifts or flexible hours as required by production schedules.
