- Perform comprehensive product audits and quality inspections to verify compliance with ISO and company standards
- Document non-conformances, defects, and quality deviations with detailed reports and photographic evidence
- Analyze inspection data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate quality records using digital systems and documentation protocols
- Train junior inspectors on quality procedures and inspection techniques
- Participate in supplier quality audits and vendor qualification processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of quality inspection experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing
- Proficiency with quality control tools (calipers, micrometers, optical comparators)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent quality methodology
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Advanced proficiency in quality reporting software (e.g., SAP QM, MES systems)
