Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Operate and calibrate precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed reports for management review.
- Identify, classify, and report product defects or non-conformities to the quality control supervisor.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE 'O'/'N' Level qualification in Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect minor imperfections.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools and safety regulations is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to work a consistent 5-day work week.
- Physically fit to perform inspection duties which may require standing for long periods.
