Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive daily inspection of incoming materials, components, and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough final quality inspections on finished goods to ensure adherence to product specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO, IPC standards).
- Document inspection results accurately, including identifying and reporting non-conformances, defects, or deviations using established quality management systems.
- Initiate and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for identified quality issues, collaborating with production and engineering teams.
- Ensure all QA activities and documentation comply with internal quality management procedures and external regulatory standards.
- Assist in maintaining inspection equipment and tools, ensuring they are calibrated and in good working condition.
- Participate in root cause analysis for quality discrepancies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec/ITE certification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics or precision engineering.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with incoming and final inspection processes.
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, Lean, Six Sigma principles) and ability to read technical drawings and specifications (GD&T).
- Knowledge of relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards (e.g., IPC).
- Proficient in using various measurement tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
