Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily inspections on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Utilize measuring instruments and testing equipment to conduct thorough checks and record accurate data.
- Identify, document, and report defects or deviations in the production process immediately to the Quality Control Manager.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all inspection procedures are strictly followed in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain detailed inspection logs and reports, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and filed correctly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and inspection techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to detect even the smallest irregularities.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively report findings to supervisors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different shifts if required.
