Tanggung Jawab
- Perform visual and mechanical QC inspections on semiconductor chips to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Execute precise dicing operations according to standardized work instructions.
- Conduct thorough testing of products to verify functional performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation within a 100 Class Cleanroom environment.
- Accurately document inspection results and prepare components for final shipment.
- Identify, report, and isolate defective units during the production process.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and cleanroom protocols to prevent product contamination.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a Nitec certification in a related technical field.
- Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment or semiconductor manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong visual acuity and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision.
- Ability to work effectively in a standing position for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation purposes.
- Strong command of English to read technical manuals and standard operating procedures.
- Able to commit to full-time work and follow assigned shifts.
