As a Quality Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality framework of our healthcare billing operations. You will lead a team of QA analysts, collaborate closely with operations management, and ensure that our processes align with international healthcare standards and client expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Define, implement, and maintain the quality assurance framework and standards for the US Healthcare Hospital Billing account.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of Quality Assurance Specialists to ensure highly accurate auditing of billing transactions.
- Conduct regular calibration sessions with operations managers and clients to align on quality standards and expectation levels.
- Analyze quality performance trends, identify root causes of billing errors, and propose strategic corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Deliver actionable feedback and coaching to transaction processing agents to drive continuous skill and accuracy improvement.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly quality performance reports and present insights to key stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance, data privacy laws, and industry-standard security regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess at least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Quality Lead or QA Supervisor in a BPO setting.
- Direct and deep domain expertise in US Healthcare and Hospital Billing processes is strictly required.
- Strong familiarity with medical coding concepts, claim types (UB-04, CMS-1500), and revenue cycle management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong capability to deliver constructive coaching and feedback.
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of high-performing QA specialists.
- Flexibility to work on night shifts (US Hours) and holidays as required by the account.
