JAE Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quality Management Engineer to join our manufacturing facility in General Trias City, Cavite. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence, ensuring that our high-precision products and manufacturing processes consistently meet global industry benchmarks. You will play a vital role in developing, implementing, reviewing, and continuously improving our Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS) and corporate quality policies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Establish, review, and update internal quality policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality manuals.
- Lead periodic internal quality audits, coordinate third-party registrar audits, and closely monitor the timely closure of non-conformance reports.
- Analyze production defects and customer feedback to conduct thorough root-cause investigations, implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineers to establish control plans, inspection instructions, and standard testing methodologies.
- Prepare, monitor, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metric reports to senior management.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality consciousness, 5S methodologies, and basic troubleshooting principles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial) or a closely related technical field.
- At least 2 to 4 years of solid experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, or Quality Engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Proficient in Core Tools including FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, and PPAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and statistical skills, with deep attention to detail.
- Highly effective communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer, or Six Sigma Green Belt) are highly preferred.
