Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS).
- Perform routine inspections and chemical testing to ensure product consistency.
- Analyze production data and generate detailed reports for process improvement.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize yield and reduce defect rates.
- Maintain documentation and ensure all processes adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
- Support internal and external audits to maintain ISO and quality certifications.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or SPC) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to work in a high-tech manufacturing facility in the Woodlands area.
