Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management Systems
- Lead internal quality audits and compliance assessments
- Develop quality documentation including procedures, work instructions, and forms
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality non-conformities
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive process improvements
- Train staff on quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to integrate quality controls
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific standards (e.g., ISO 14001, IATF 16949)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in quality management systems
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Proficiency in quality management software (e.g., QMS, SAP QM)
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks (FMEA, FTA)
- Experience with root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, 8D)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
