Are you a detail-oriented Quality professional looking to make a significant impact at a leading manufacturing hub? Sysgen is seeking a dedicated Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer to join our high-performing team in Laguna Technopark. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our commitment to excellence, ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest international standards.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining, auditing, and optimizing our QMS framework. By leveraging root cause analysis and implementing continuous improvement strategies, you will help us minimize waste, maximize efficiency, and ensure that every product leaving our facility adheres to rigorous quality benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
- Lead internal and external quality audits to ensure strict adherence to documented procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and report findings to management.
- Manage document control processes and ensure all quality documentation is accurate, current, and accessible.
- Provide training and guidance to staff regarding quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of quality excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a QMS, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ISO 9001 standards and other relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, IATF 16949).
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead audit processes and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and documentation management software.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or similar process improvement certification is highly preferred.
