In this key role, you will act as the guardian of our quality standards, ensuring seamless compliance and driving operational excellence.
Your primary focus will be on conducting rigorous internal audits to identify areas for enhancement and leading continuous improvement initiatives that boost efficiency. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of controlled documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will implement corrective actions and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality policies.
- Manage the lifecycle of controlled documents, including creation, review, approval, and archiving.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) database and related software.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements and industry standards are met and documented effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards and audit methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and QMS documentation software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
