Are you passionate about operational excellence and quality assurance? Integral Mulia Cipta is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Management System (QMS) Staff to join our team in Cipondoh. In this role, you will be the backbone of our quality initiatives, ensuring that every process aligns with our high-quality standards and industry regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and procedures.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
- Analyze quality performance data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with production and operational teams to resolve non-conformances and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
- Assist in the preparation and execution of external audits and certification processes.
- Ensure all operational documents are updated, controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to employees regarding quality awareness and process standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QMS Staff or in a similar Quality Assurance role.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 or other relevant industry quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced contract environment.
