Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Conduct internal quality audits and prepare detailed compliance reports
- Overhaul documentation systems including procedures, work instructions, and quality records
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through KPI monitoring and analysis
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
- Train staff on quality protocols and foster a culture of operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent quality management credentials
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in QMS implementation within manufacturing
- Proficiency in quality documentation systems and audit methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret quality metrics and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience with corrective action processes (CAPA) and root cause analysis
