Join Mosca as a pivotal Quality Manager driving excellence in our manufacturing operations. This key leadership role reports directly to the General Manager and collaborates closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to implement rigorous quality standards. You'll spearhead quality assurance initiatives, conduct comprehensive audits, and ensure compliance with international standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will directly impact product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in our dynamic Johor-based facility.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems and protocols
- Lead cross-functional quality audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams on quality standards
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry certifications
- Manage quality documentation, corrective actions, and supplier quality assessments
- Train staff on quality procedures and foster quality-first mindset
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement preventive measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality control methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience leading cross-functional quality initiatives
- Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
