Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire production lifecycle to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
- Plan and execute internal/external quality audits and corrective action plans
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints with root cause analysis and preventive measures
- Lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma) to minimize defects and waste
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
- Train and mentor staff on quality protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams for quality-enhancing process innovations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Quality Management
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quality management within manufacturing
- Certification in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or equivalent quality methodology
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of implementing successful quality improvement programs
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP)
