Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
- Lead quality assurance activities including incoming inspection, in-process quality control, and final product testing
- Conduct regular internal and supplier quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards
- Investigate quality issues, root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
- Manage quality documentation, including quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems and improve manufacturing processes
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and problem-solving methodologies
- Monitor key quality metrics and report on performance to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, CQE) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.)
- Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to conduct thorough root cause analyses
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing quality teams
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex quality information to diverse audiences
