Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards and internal company policies.
- Lead and mentor the quality department, fostering a high-performance culture focused on precision and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects to reduce waste and optimize production throughput.
- Manage customer quality audits, vendor quality assessments, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities and oversee the effective execution of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Prepare and present detailed quality performance reports and KPIs to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quality management within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards and quality auditing procedures.
- Expertise in quality tools such as Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
