Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and processes
- Lead and manage the quality assurance department, including staff training and development
- Establish quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Investigate product quality issues, root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in quality management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office applications
