Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures
- Lead quality assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and audits
- Manage and mentor quality control team members
- Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO standards
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality management software and systems
- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of implementing successful quality improvement initiatives
