Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance and control team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular internal and external audits, managing non-conformances and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics departments to integrate quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage supplier quality programs, including audits, performance monitoring, and defect resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, report on performance, and inform strategic decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical), Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Quality Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Demonstrated expertise in establishing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001 certification.
- Proven understanding and application of quality methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of local Philippine languages is an advantage.
- Must be willing and able to be based full-time in the Philippines.
