Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all laboratory operations, testing protocols, and quality assurance procedures
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS)
- Conduct product testing, analysis, and validation for nutritional supplements
- Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and local regulatory standards
- Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Train and mentor laboratory staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve quality-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related scientific field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quality management within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, and food safety regulations
- Proficiency in laboratory testing methods and analytical instrumentation
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., CQE, CQM) preferred
- Proven experience leading laboratory teams and implementing QMS
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
