This is a critical role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end quality management systems, ensuring strict adherence to ISO standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.
As the Quality Manager, you will serve as the subject matter expert, guiding the organization toward operational excellence and compliance. We are looking for a proactive leader with a proven track record in manufacturing quality control, risk assessment, and audit management. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards.
- Lead and manage the internal and external audit processes, ensuring full compliance and timely resolution of non-conformities.
- Monitor and analyze production quality metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Oversee supplier quality management and conduct periodic audits to ensure raw material integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma) to minimize waste and enhance overall production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and logistics, to troubleshoot quality issues.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or other relevant industry-specific quality certifications.
- Proven ability to manage documentation, compliance reports, and quality audits.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing setting.
